Three examples featured: a straight list in an Accordion, then a broken-out list using anchors, and finally a search table list.
Featured Businesses List (A-Z)
This simple example is a single Accordion that would just be a long list of businesses. The business listed can be listed in order you received them or sorted Alphabetically by Business name. It would just grow bigger and bigger as you get more. We can also make it so that a "review" must happen first (review column = y; high recommended), or have it shown automatically (currently; not recommended).

Business By Category
Below we can use the category to "filter" widgets per the Categories/Business Type used in the form. More complex and requires using a validate list of business categories for it to work. This takes a lot more work to setup but feels a little more organized. It also needs to be a little more "rigid" i.e. we need to adhere to a specific set/pool of categories used on the form (not a free for all)

Business Table Search
In this example, we are using a Table with Search widget. It will paginate the collection and offer a search as well as print/copy option. However, the controls over style and looks are limited. It is meant to be a searchable table of data not an attractive display piece (utility over aesthetics).
Professional Directory FAQs
Can I have a Business Directory?
Sure. But it does require some thought and setup. A basic one using an internal collection can easily be done.
How does this work?
The above example works using a combination of features like a Form (in this case Paperform connected to a Google Sheet), a Collection (connected to that Google Sheet), and a Widget (connected to the collection).
Optionally, you could just create a simple internal collection and connect it to a widget like an Accodion. It does not have to be complicated.
Does it have to be done using Paperform?
No. It can be setup using a basic Contact Form widget, however, you may lose some functionality on the form side (like logic based questions).
Can I do this myself or is there a cost?
Absolutely, you could do it yourself. However, it requires time and knowledge to set it up. The technical level varies on how complex of a setup you want. If you are comfortable enough to do it, then you certainly can. However, if you need or want us to set it up and to support it, we are happy to do it, but there will need to be some project cost/time covered as professional services.
Can it include a logo?
Yes and no. While there is a away for the widget to display a logo there are many technical reasons that make it much more complex. If you choose to include logos it will not be automatic, and it will likely require managing and editing images manually.
